Apple Cider Vinegar

Make sure that you use natural coconut oils, as they have a particularly large number of minerals and vitamins. You should also heat the coconut oil before applying it to your scalp. Just heat it up until it just starts to melt. By heating the active ingredients of coconut oil can penetrate the hair even better. Once it is heated, apply it to your scalp and massage it in.

The golden brown oil has a healing effect on your hair. It does not stop your hair loss directly, but it strengthens the hair to such an extent that it should not break off. The castor oil also stimulates the growth of your hair.

Put the oil on your hands (1-2 drops will do) and then apply to your scalp and massage in nicely. Now leave it on for a few hours and wash it out normally in the shower. (13) The castor oil can also be incorporated into your shampoo (2-5 drops should be enough).


Turmeric is known from oriental cuisine and is already used in medicine in India. Turmeric already helps against several diseases. And now also against hair loss. Turmeric comes in many different forms, with the powder variant being the best in our case.
