How does it work?
At Sundt you can buy your product safely and we stand behind our products 100%. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can use our satisfaction guarantee. With our satisfaction guarantee , you can return your product within 30 days and we are happy to give you the option of exchanging the product for another or a full refund. The guarantee applies to new customers.
To use the Satisfaction Guarantee, you must meet the following requirements:
- you have used the product regularly and appropriately for a period of at least 2 weeks.
- you have followed the instructions of the products and, where applicable, of our customer service.
- you have realistic expectations of the product that have not been met.

How to use the satisfaction guarantee
If you think you meet all the requirements and want your money back for the product, please fill out the form and email it to us at info@sundt.de.

If you meet the requirements, we will email you a return label, which you will need to send the products back. As soon as we receive the product back, we will refund you the money.
IMPORTANT : Do not return the product until we have verified your form.
